Hofstede

Guy Mirabella is blessed with an abundance of talents. An accomplished designer, writer, artist and cook, he is the embodiment of the modern renaissance man. Following a lengthy sabbatical, Eat Ate marked a return to the world of publishing. Eschewing the tired, formulaic conventions of cookbooks, the book is an intensely passionate distillation of his energetic approach to life, love, art and cooking.

Guy invited Dominic Hofstede to work on the book from design development through to production, a collaboration built on the trust and respect eminating from two decades of friendship. With wholehearted support from the publisher Hardie Grant, the design features numerous innovations in structure, format and content.
