Port Phillip Housing Association (PPHA) is an independent, not-for-profit community housing organisation. They help members of the local and wider community find suitable, affordable housing and advocate on behalf of residents who require services to sustain their tenancies.
88-87 Chapel street will provide 81 new independent living units when it is completed in 2012. These two temporary hoardings were designed around PPHA’s guiding principle of ‘Housing for the Locals.’ The artwork was created by students from St Kilda Park Primary School responding to the theme of ‘Home’.
